Considerations, Please read:

We are ready for you to join us for a great time! There are a few things however we would like you to review below. These are important. Thanks again for taking the time to read this.

• We require a signed liability waiver. All visitors accept responsibility for their own safety. Paddling and the outdoors can be dangerous, so know your own limits! Always wear your personal floatation device when near the water! Do not do anything you do not feel safe doing. All class and instruction is voluntary through all phases, for the things we show you that you choose to try..

• Children Welcome! All kids under 16 should be accompanied by adult at all times. Time to be "with your kids!" Liability waivers require an adult to be responsible for minors. Minors are never allowed to drink alcohol or be intoxicated on premises. Local Laws apply.

• When available, please recycle! We are a "no trace" ethics facility. Obviously do not litter please. Leave it clean for our next generation. If you smoke, please do it outside. All cabin rooms are no-smoking. If you smoke, please carry a container for your butts, to be disposed of properly. Do not litter cigarette butts in the park or on the river or lake please.

• Respect others for their desire to have a quality experience just as you expect. Fighting, uncontrollable shouting and/or excessive intoxication in all cases will result in immediate removal from the facility with no refund. Thanks for not going there. Local laws apply.

• Bicycles yield to walking folks please. You are welcome to bike around the 10 plus acre resort area for transportation and exercise!

• We are not responsible for any misplaced or lost items, in the rooms, or around the park, in all cases. Please secure your bike, vehicle, and cabin.

• Please do not leave PaddlingCenter.com as a drunk driver. Designated Driver or Cab Rides will be your option, or a cabin can be arranged for you if there is one available at the current room rate. Local laws apply.

• We are not responsible for others' accidents, personal accidents, boating accidents, or on site vehicular accidents. Be careful and watch out for others best interest too! We are all a paddlers family! Help each other be safe!

• In medical emergencies, call 911 immediately if you have a cell phone, have someone notify the staff, then start rescue procedures if you can. The Good Samaritan Law applies to protect volunteers in rescue. Be safe, be informed!

Come to play, to stay, to paddle Table Rock Lake and Flat Creek. Demo the different new canoe and kayak models, rent a kayak for a day, kayak fish in this Cape Fair area "bass capital of the world", then buy what you already know "you like". Come get your key and stay as long as you want. Vacation here! Then when you leave with your new boat, speak from your newfound canoeing and kayaking experience!
